UNIT ONE
Intro call (30 minutes)
AI Operations Diagnostic

After five working days you know where AI pays off in your operations and where it doesn't.

We put a euro figure on your strongest AI use cases and check which of them your company is ready to start. You have the result before the next tool is bought.

What you get

What is on the table on day five.

01
Euro figures for the five strongest cases
We review up to twelve cases from your operations and put a euro figure on the five strongest. We calculate conservatively and show every assumption. Hard cost savings and freed-up working time are listed separately.
02
Feasibility check
For the strongest cases we check whether your company is ready to start them. For every gap, we show what closes it. If your data is not good enough, we say so.
03
Prioritised AI roadmap
Ranked by value and effort, with the risk of each case. You see which case is ready to start and which needs a prerequisite first.
How it works

Five working days, three meetings.

No access to your systems and no IT approval. We work with sample documents and conversations.

Day 1
Kick-off
90 minutes with management and department heads. We collect the processes that take up the most time today.
Days 2 to 3
Inventory and euro calculation
We talk to the departments and put a euro figure on the five strongest cases, based on your sample documents.
Day 4
Feasibility check
For the strongest cases we check data and integration, responsibilities and rules, and who will run each case later.
Day 5
Results workshop
60 to 90 minutes. You get the euro figures for the five strongest cases and the prioritised roadmap.
Then you decide

You implement with a partner of your choice. You keep the figures, the roadmap and the handover notes.

Or you continue with us. Readiness Sprints get your data, systems, roles and rules ready for AI. Use Case Sprints build the strongest cases. In the AI Operations Office we run the AI processes with you until your team takes them over.

How we calculate

We start from the actual work process.

We start with the time a process takes today. From that we take the share AI can realistically handle and deduct the ongoing cost of review and licences.

after automation share, review and licences

Worked example, entirely fictional: a wholesaler with around 120 employees. The automation shares come from independent, published field studies and deliberately sit at the cautious end. In the diagnostic we use your volumes and your hourly rates.

Readiness check

Four questions first.

The readiness check takes 20 minutes and is free of charge. Each question is answered yes or no. "Partly" counts as no.

  1. 01Is one named person in your company responsible for AI?
  2. 02Can you export the data your most important AI idea needs from your systems?
  3. 03Is there a written rule on who may use AI for what?
  4. 04Does your team use an AI tool regularly in day-to-day work?
How to read the result
GreenThree or four yes answers, and question 1 is yes. The diagnostic is the sensible next step.
AmberTwo yes answers, and question 1 is yes. We start with the diagnostic and resolve the open prerequisites before the kick-off.
RedOne yes at most, or nobody is responsible. We recommend the Readiness Audit first. The diagnostic remains possible if you want it.

The traffic-light rating is a recommendation. The Readiness Audit looks at eight areas of your company. The diagnostic puts a figure on individual use cases. Which route you take is your decision.

Where does AI pay off for you?

Intro call, 30 minutes. We start with the four questions of the readiness check and then talk about the tasks that eat up the most time. You leave with an honest recommendation, even if the answer is no.
